Pennywise x Monster High Fanart

The Skullector Pennywise doll reminded me of Rochelle Goyles Freak du Chic look so I decided to create a series of paintings where Pennywise messes with the ghouls at Monster High. This is the first one of the series, Rochelle and Pennywise!
